Q How can I purchase
products from CodeFreeDVD?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. American Express card holders
should call ourselves for alternative payment arrangements.
Product Shipping
Orders placed before 12.00 P.M GMT can be shipped for arrival within
24 hours by UPS.
Product Availability
Our products are always in stock. Unlike some other Internet vendors,
Code-Free DVD carries physical stock and advertises nothing it does
not have ready to ship.
Q What if I want
to Cancel my order?
You may cancel an order if the goods have not been shipped out already.

Q What are your Returns
Procedures?
Should the goods be faulty on receipt, please email
here or call ourselves direct on 01360
311 731. All goods shipped outside of UK carry a no-fuss 90 day warranty.
Once we have established that no damage has been caused by a 3rd party,
we re-ship you a brand new replacement in no more than 24 hours upon
receipt of the defective unit.
Q What if I don't
like the product and want a refund?
All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 20% re stocking fee
within 7 days of purchase. The customer is held responsible for any
shipping charges, admin and credit card transaction fees. A Product
Return Form must be requested before you can ship goods back to ourselves
and the goods must be boxed in the original box with all cables, manuals,
packaging and unfilled warranty cards before a return can be credited.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Note that all our products exclude shipping and VAT @ 17.5%.
