24 hours for most European destinations and 2-5 days worldwide.

Returns Procedures?
Should the goods be faulty on receipt, please contact email
here or call ourselves direct on +44
(1360) 311 731. All goods shipped outside of UK carry a no-fuss 90
day warranty. Once we have established that no damage has been caused
by a 3rd party, we re-ship you a brand new replacement in no more
than 24 hours on receipt of the defective unit..
Q What if I don't
like the product and want a refund?
All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 30% re stocking fee
(excludes special order items) within 7 days of purchase. The customer
is held responsible for any shipping charges. A Returned Product Form
is requested before you can ship goods back to ourselves and the goods
must be boxed in the original box with all cables, manuals, packaging
and unfilled warranty cards before a return can be credited.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
