Designed specifically for US customers, the Code-Free 1500 DVD Recorder is the ultimate break-thru - a DVD Recorder that is 100% compatible with American TVs - wether it be PAL or NTSC discs from DVD regions 1-6, it plays them all!

Code-Free 1500 DVD Recorder records NTSC and PAL. If PAL signal is input, PAL will be recorded, if NTSC signal is input, NTSC will be recorded.

Code-Free 1500 DVD Recorder will work on all power sources and TVs in any country  - Europe, Japan, US with no need for voltage or video convertors.  Don't be fooled by all the facilties - the Code-Free 1500 DVD Recorder is based on Sony technology and produces superb audio and video picture to standard of current Sony, Panasonic and Pioneer machines.
